Job Title: Finance and Administrative Manager

A driven, responsible, reliable individual with leadership skills to serve as a Finance and Administration Manager.
Position Summary
The position will be responsible for timely financial and management accounting as well as reporting and performance monitoring for the company. He/She shall regulate compliance with respect to accounting standards, financial controls, and governance and create a continuous process improvement to identify innovative ways to lower production costs.
Essential requirements for the role:
At least 12 years post NYSC experience, 5 of which must be at management position.
BSc/HND in a numerate discipline.
Membership of a Professional Accounting body such as ICAN, ACCA, ICAEW or its equivalent is a must for this role.
Prior experience developing budgets.
Knowledge of computerized cost control and accounting systems.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of negotiation and administration of contracts and legal documents.
Experience formulating objectives, standards, and procedures.
